Entering a new continent with SAP

Anticipating explosive growth over the next two years, SAP’s Global Service Center in Brazil asked Metizo to develop a mentoring and leadership program for management at its Sao Leopoldo campus. Drawing on Metizo’s existing relationships with SAP in China, and with support from Metizo’s European operations, Metizo CEO Bob Aubrey recently visited San Leopoldo for the successful first round of this new Brazilian program. A new program for 2008: Cultural Intelligence

Metizo is proud to partner with one of the world’s most advanced cultural research centers, the Singapore-based Center for Leadership and Cultural Intelligence, to provide a new training program. This long-term training scheme will expand Metizo’s current personal development programs by training participants to understand and develop their ‘Cultural Intelligence’. A new worldwide partnership with Kempinksi Hotels and Resorts

Metizo have joined with Kempinksi Hotels, the 110-year old German luxury hotel group, in a global talent development program. Metizo launched the project at the flagship Kempinksi hotel, the Adlon, which overlooks the Brandenburg gate in Berlin. This landmark occasion provided training in ‘the Metizo method’ for all of Kempinski’s General Managers, as well as for all of the company’s HR managers worldwide.

Metizo to train key employees for SAP Labs China

We are proud and excited to have won a contract with SAP Labs China, the culmination of two years of effort. From mid-March 2007, Metizo will be training over 100 hand-picked staff, selected by their managers for their performance and potential. We will also be training senior SAP Labs China managers in mentoring techniques.
