Metizo processes come with certification, a system unique to us. Certification is built in to all of our programs, and is offered at a number of different levels. The same certification process is used for both our corporate and academic clients, and is applied in the same way in every country where we operate. This means that clients can be assured that participants are being trained to exacting global standards.
Note that certificates are not awarded automatically. They are not given to everybody just for turning up, as can be the case elsewhere. Our programs derive their value from the intensive work that participants are required to do in self-assessment and career planning. Participants who are judged as not having put in the work can be, and have been, refused certification.
The Metizo certificate is recognized by university admission officers and corporate recruiters, and is validated by schools, companies, and government institutions. Using Metizo certification has helped business schools to qualify for the European EQUIS standard for MBA education.
Our levels of certification are suitable for individuals at each level of life and career - from pre-university young adults, undergraduate and Master’s level students, to high potential younger and mid-level employees, and up to senior management.
We help participants at each stage to assess themselves, their lifestyle aspirations, and their career aims via the following steps:
- Responsibility: students take responsibility for their future careers, lifestyle and ethics.
- Diversity: in seeking what is right and wrong, good and bad, important and unimportant, be tolerant and open.
- Portfolio: do not let the method become the goal; use a variety of methods.
- Network: nobody has all the answers; get information and advice from a variety of professionals.
- Aristotle’s Principle: personal development is not only cognitive; you should build habits and practices.
- Pascal’s Principle: consider your interests, dreams, and passions as legitimate guides in choosing your directions for the future.
