The joint MBA program run in Shanghai with Euromed Management School and Shanghai Jiaotong’s Antai School of Management is generally considered the best in China. For most MBAs, students are offered the services of a career center if they want to look for a job, and some workshops about job hunting and improving soft skills such as presentation, interviewing and personal branding. But this program offers students an academic course in personal development, field studies in leading companies to see how personal development actually works, as well as individual support and certification of their personal enterprise plan. In 2011, this program will go to a new level with a special Talent Track for professional certification in talent management.
