2010年1月29日-2010年2月1日，Metizo CEO Bob Aubrey教授对AEMBA 2009级学生，进行了为期4天的个人发展项目第二模块的教学。

在上一个教学模块（2009年10月底），教授要求学生们以小组的形式走进企业，对企业的个人发展战略、项目、工具等进行实地调研。


本次教学模块中，9个小组的学生就其对9个不同企业的个人发展调研结果，包括行业内标杆企业比对、访谈结果分析、潜在问题讨论以及意见建议，一一向大家进行了展示。这9个企业来自不同的行业（包括化工、制药、银行、电子游戏等），属于不同的国家（中国大陆、台湾、美国、英国等）。

每组学生展示过后，Bob Aubrey教授和在座的其他学生都会就其感兴趣的话题向台上学生提出各种各样的问题，场面互动不断，火爆异常。

<p>
Following a kick-off teaching session with AEMBA intake 2009 students in October last year, Professor Bob Aubrey (Metizo CEO &#038; Founder) continued the Module 2 teaching with all the students on Jan.29-Feb.1, 2010.
</p>
<p>
In last module, the students were asked to go into companies in groups and conduct field studies on personal development strategies, programs and tools used in a company of their choice. 
</p>
<p>
In this module, 9 groups representing 9 companies presented their benchmark, audit and recommendations for personal development in those companies. The companies of choice varied in industry, covering Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Video Games, Banking, etc., and also varied in nationality, such as Chinese, Taiwanese, American, British, etc. 
</p>

Each presentation was followed by an extremely hot Q&#038;A session between the presenters and the audience and the professor.

<p>

2009年11月8日，Metizo开启了为康菲石油中国有限公司量身定做的个人发展导师制项目。此项目旨在传承康菲石油一贯的导师制传统，培养其关键员工和高潜力员工，使其个人发展目标与公司业务发展目标得到完美契合。

Metizo CEO 鲍博睿先生分别在18日和19日为30余位康菲石油关键员工和10余位康菲石油中国领导团队成员进行了个人发展培训。Metizo 个人发展顾问&#038;上海区域总监于洁女士在20号为康菲HR团队进行了相应的培训，以便康菲内部团队可以更好的了解相关理念，支持其内部员工个人发展和项目的顺利完成。

康菲石油中国有限公司总裁Georg Storaker先生在项目开始时分别为Mentor和Mentee们作了演讲。他谈到为关键员工提供导师是康菲石油一贯的做法，有了Metizo提供的系统性和可持续，可扩展的项目结构，相信本次9个月的历程将会为大家带来新鲜感和成功的结果。

康菲石油中国区人力资源副总裁，同时也是本次项目Mentor之一的王琰女士也在项目开始时作了简短发言。她谈到，个人发展和职业发展对每个人可能都是一个未知的旅程，但Mentor们会利用他们的丰富经验和生活历程帮助所有的Mentee找到属于自己的发展方向，帮助他们顺利完成这段旅程。

Metizo China kicks off a Mentoring Program for ConocoPhillips China Inc.

On November 8th 2009, Metizo kicked off a Mentoring program for ConocoPhillips China Inc. As one of the leading companies in oil industry, ConocoPhillips has a reputed mentoring culture. This mentoring program is aimed to sustain and develop this tradition and culture in the company, set up a mentoring platform for high potentials and key employees to identify career goals and formulate realistic personal development plans, as well as to build a sustainable and scalable model for supporting the local development of key employees to support the company’s future development in China.</p>
<p>
Metizo CEO, Mr. Bob Aubrey conducted personal development trainings for more than 30 key employees on the 18th and more than 10 ConocoPhillips China leadership team members on the 20th. Metizo consultant and Shanghai office director, Ms. Jolie Yu conducted the corresponded training for ConocoPhillips HR team on the 20th, in order to help them build up a strong internal HR team to implement a systematic mentoring system and to provide constructive career support to COP high potentials and key employees.</p>
<p>
The president of ConocoPhillips China Inc., Mr. Georg Storaker, who is one of the mentors, gave a short speech to the mentors and mentees at the beginning of the program. He mentioned that mentoring for the young employees is a long-standing practice of ConocoPhillips and that with the systematic and scalable project structure provided by Metizo, this 9 months journey will bring freshness to everyone and a successful outcome at the end.</p>
<p>
The HRVP of ConocoPhillips China, who is also a Mentor in this project, Ms. Laura Wang also made a brief statement when the project started. She talked about that personal development and career development may be an unknown journey at the beginning, but the mentors will use their extensive career and life experience to help all of the mentee to find their own direction of development, and support them to complete this journey successfully. </p>

On October 21st, Metizo CEO, Mr. Bob Aubrey conducted the Leadership Essentials Training to over 20 ConocoPhillips supervisors. Leadership Essentials training has been conducted by ConocoPhillips China internally for its new supervisors and managers for years, as an important part of leadership development project. The involvement of Mr. Bob Aubrey can be seen as the result of the long-term cooperation and partnership between Metizo and ConocoPhillips, as well as the recognition of the professionalism and authoritativeness of Metizo in the field of talent development. </p>
<p>
The training consists of two parts. The first part is about the meaning and responsibilities of supervisors: “How to Develop Personal Leadership”; the second part is about supervisors&#8217; role – “Supervisors as Coaches and Mentors”.</p>
<p>
ConocoPhillips HR Learning and Development Lead Ms. Irene Liu participated in the training. She introduced the participants to Metizo and Mr. Bob Aubrey at the beginning of the training, and gave a high evaluation of Metizo in terms of its professionalism in personal development and the effectiveness of the training.</p>

On October 17th and 18th, Metizo successfully supported ConocoPhillips China Inc. to launch a two-day campus sensitization at China Petroleum University and China University of Geosciences.</p>
<p>
ConocoPhillips has a long-term cooperative relationship with China&#8217;s most reputable oil-professional institutions and universities. In order to repay the universities, provide career development guidance to the outstanding students and select and reserve best candidates for the company, ConocoPhillips invited Metizo professionals to assist them in carrying out sensitization activities on the campus in 2009.</p>
<p>
Metizo Consultants &#038; Shanghai office Director Ms Jolie Yu and Metizo Consultant &#038; Certification Manager Ms Sherry Gao together with the ConocoPhillips HR team carried out two Campus Promotions on Oct 17th &#038; 18th, at China Petroleum University and China University of Geosciences.</p>

<p>
The ConocoPhillips HR team introduced the company to the students, shared the ConocoPhillips’ view on career development and the company&#8217;s senior engineers shared their experience of career development in oil industry. Metizo provided personal development and career development training, introduced the transition from student to a professional as well as interview skills, etc.</p>

<p>During and after the lectures, students actively involved in the promotion activities, asked questions and discussed their opinions on career development in the oil industry. After the promotion events, the teachers fully affirmed the help of Metizo personal development and career development philosophy to their students.</p>

<p><h3>Our Requirements:</h3></p>
<li>Strong interest in working closely with people</li>
<li>Bachelor or Master degree (majoring in HRM, Psychology, Finance, English or Marketing are preferred, but are not limited to the above mentioned majors)</li>
<li>Good command of English (both written and spoken)</li>
<li>Efficient in delivering result and solving problems</li>
<li>Ability to deal with people from a variety of linguistic and educational backgrounds</li>
<li>Curious mind and committed to learn</li>

<p><h3>We will provide:</h3></p>

<li>Daily allowance during the period of internship </li>
