Metizo’s collaboration with the Graduate School of Business at Monash University has begun, with a very positive reaction.
Karen Young, Graduate Development Manager at the Graduate School of Business, has been very impressed with the program delivered by Metizo’s international team. After participating in the program alongside the students, she feels that it is:
one of those life changing events. It has been, thus far, a rare opportunity for me to take the time to look critically and analytically at my identity, my lifestyle, my previous work experiences, my career and life successes and my future aspirations, to set about establishing a career path that will match who I am with where I want to be. But the essence is that this is not a fuzzy, touchy-feely approach, the outcomes will be measurable because the program is underpinned by personal development tools and processes that focus on making a ‘career dream’ a reality.
