Metizo Kicks off Gemalto Asia Mentoring Program at Great Wall

Gemalto is the world leader in digital security making software applications for personal devices such as smart cards, SIMs, e-passports and tokens. Headquartered in France, Gemalto has 10,000 employees representing 90 nationalities, based in 40 countries. Its Asia operation is growing very quickly and that explains why developing key talent and building networks is so import.

After running informal mentoring across Asia for two years, Diana Xu, Gemalto’s Asia Learning and Development Manager, felt that she could do more with the investment of time by senior managers in developing the future leaders of the company. That’s when she invited Metizo to deliver a custom-made program using our training, tools and follow up process.
