As a Personal Development Concierge, you will:

Provide support to Metizo program manager in managing logistics, quality and finance of personal development program;

Provide support on completing assignments using Metizo tools, and help identify individual issues personal development;

Act as teaching assistant to international professors/senior consultants in teaching Metizo course in top universities and multinational companies;

Fulfill daily office & project related administration requirements;

Support the business development activities in cold calling, seminars, and client meetings.

To be qualified, you should have:

Strong interest in working closely with people

Bachelor or Master degree (majoring in HRM, Psychology, Finance, English or Marketing are preferred, but are not limited to the above mentioned majors)

Good command of English (both written and spoken);The 3rd language in French or German would be a plus

Efficient in delivering result and solving problems

Ability to deal with people from a variety of linguistic and educational backgrounds

Curious mind and committed to learn
