Recruitment:Personal Development Concierge

As a Personal Development Concierge, you will:

  • Provide support to Metizo program manager in managing logistics, quality and finance of personal development program;
  • Provide support on completing assignments using Metizo tools, and help identify individual issues personal development;
  • Act as teaching assistant to international professors/senior consultants in teaching Metizo course in top universities and multinational companies;
  • Fulfill daily office & project related administration requirements;
  • Support the business development activities in cold calling, seminars, and client meetings.
  • To be qualified, you should have:

  • Strong interest in working closely with people
  • Bachelor or Master degree (majoring in HRM, Psychology, Finance, English or Marketing are preferred, but are not limited to the above mentioned majors)
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken);The 3rd language in French or German would be a plus
  • Efficient in delivering result and solving problems
  • Ability to deal with people from a variety of linguistic and educational backgrounds
  • Curious mind and committed to learn
