What you are going to do with Metizo and Metizo Clients:

Training and teaching: Facilitating Metizo training and teaching in talent development programs of multinational companies and top business school courses

Tutorial and workshop: Facilitating Metizo group tutorial and workshop in talent development programs of multinational companies and top business school courses

Individualized counseling: providing individual guidance, problem-solving and assessment with clients in career development

Business Development: contacting new clients, explaining Metizo’s unique approach, and selling Metizo personal development products

All the above will be achieved based on individual contracts during flexible working hours and locations (Mainland China & Overseas)

Our Requirements:

Strong interest in working closely with people

Bachelor’s degree or above

Minimum 8 years’ professional experiences in HR, training, coaching, head hunting or management consulting industries

Have experience and knowledge of personal development tools and practices in managing career development, learning and international mobility. Be up to date on current practices and concepts

Be able to communicate energy, expertise and integrity in dealing with clients

Be able to deliver training courses in English with international clients

We will also positively consider:

Having publications in quality journals or in books, especially on personal or career development

International work experience

Experience in visual communication, marketing or PR industries

Being able to develop new personal development tools and programs

Directly working with famous MBA school students in career counseling

Directly working with senior business leaders and high potential talents in famous multinational companies
