In 2002 Metizo created the first personal development certification process for undergraduates and Master degree students. This was the fruit of a partnership in innovation with the French business School Euromed Management in Marseille. This program integrates all the student’s learning activities outside classroom teaching with professional validation for each activity and a global feedback interview at the end of studies. Integration of the different poles of competence were key to the success of this program : students do up to five projects with Pro Act, international exchange studies, international internships, employability coaching and market search, as well as Metizo teaching, tutorials, workshops, follow up and certification. For the first time, personal development was defined as a set of competencies with the possibility of assessing results that the school guaranteed to employers.
Working with education partners worldwide, Metizo designs undergraduate and graduate programs to fit the goals of the school while ensuring quality, international teaching, personalized learning and learning achievements.
